Pumpkin Squares

- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- Mix crumbs and sugar. Stir in butter. Pat into 13x9-inch baking dish shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 pkg.(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- Beat eggs, sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Pour over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. shopping list
- 1 can pumpkin shopping list
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon shopping list
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 1/4 cup cold water shopping list
- Beat pumpkin, egg yolks, sugar, milk, salt and cinnamon in top of double-boiler, over boiling water, until thick (about 5 min.) shopping list
- Meanwhile, sprinkle gelatin on water in small sauce pan. Stir over low heat JUST until dissolved. Stir into pumpkin mixture. Cool. shopping list
- 3 egg whites shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar. Beat until stiff and glassy. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour over baked mixture and chill. shopping list
- Top with Cool Whip and serve. shopping list
