Good with any meal, I can eat them by themselves. The cook time is for boiling the eggs and cooking the bacon.

Ingredients
  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/3 C mayonnaise
  • 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 TBSP finely shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 TBSP honey mustard
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions
  1. Slice hard-boiled eggs in half.
  2. Remove yolks and place in a large bowl.
  3. Mash egg yolks with a fork to desired consistency.
  4. Fold in mayonnaise, bacon, cheese, mustard and pepper.
  5. Fill egg whites with mixture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
