Easy Strawberry Tiramisu

Ladies magazine recipe for a pretty and tasty dessert
Ingredients
- 1 lb strawberries shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp almond extract shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping shopping list
- 8 oz room temp marscarpone cheese shopping list
- 12 italian ladyfinger cookies ( Savoiardi ) shopping list
- grated sweet choclate ( garnish ) shopping list
How to make it
- Prep time does not include overnigh chilling
- In blender puree berries, sugar and extract.
- Mix whipped topping with cheese.
- Fit ( cut if needed ) 12 italian ladyfinger cookies into 9 inch baking dish.
- Pour half strawberry mmixture over cookies.
- Spread with half cheese mixture.
- Repeat with 12 more cookies, strawberries and cheese mixrure.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Grate chocolate over top prior to serving.
