Orange Streusel Coffee Cake

You'll love this light citrus cake for breakfast. Also makes a quick dessert!
Ingredients
- 2c flour shopping list
- 1/2c sugar shopping list
- 2tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2tsp salt shopping list
- 1Tbs orange zest shopping list
- 1/2c milk shopping list
- 1/2c orange juice shopping list
- 1 egg,lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/2c sugar shopping list
- 1/4c flour shopping list
- 2Tbs butter,cut in small pieces shopping list
- confectioners' sugar for dusting shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" cake pan with non-stick cooking spray
- In a large bowl,whisk together flour,sugar,baking powder and salt. Stir in orange zest.
- Make a well in the flour mixture. Pour in the milk,orange juice,corn oil,egg and vanilla. Stir till just combined and all dry ingredients are moistened. Turn into prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together ,sugar ,flour and butter till consistency of cornmeal. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the cake batter.
- Bake at 375 for 40 mins. or till toothpick in center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in pan. Dust with confectioners" sugar before slicing.
