How to make it
- Cook cranberries and apples in water until clear and tender.
- Press through sieve and remove cranberry skins.
- Should have 3 cups of pulp.
- Add pineapple, lemon juice and sugar.
- Mix and boil 6-8 minutes (until thick and clear).
- Pour into sterilized jars and process or seal with parafin.
