This classic and delicious Lemon Poppyseed Bundt Cake from my friend, Jack. Using a white cake mix and lemon pudding cuts time, not taste. Great glaze ! Enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 Box White Cake Mix
- 1 Pkg Instant Lemon Pudding
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup warm water
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 4 Tsp Poppy Seeds
Directions
- Beat together all ingredients except the poppy seeds.
- Fold in poppy seeds.
- Pour into a well greased Bundt Pan
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
- Glaze:
- 2 Cups Confectioners Sugar
- 4 Tbs melted butter
- Juice and zest of one lemon
- Mix all ingredients until smooth to make glaze.
- When cake has slightly cooled, remove to wire rack.
- Glaze this beauty, and enjoy
