Crispy Coated Ranch Chicken

Got one of those recipe cards in the mail, tried the recipe and liked it. Easy and quick
Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 env ( 1 0z. ) ranch salad dressing mix shopping list
- 2 egg whites fork beaten shopping list
- 8 skinless and boneless chicken breasts ( 5 oz each ) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cereal, cheese and dressing mix.
- Dip chicken in beaten whites then in cereal mixture to coat evenly
- Arrange on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray
- Bake in a 350F oven until golden and juices run clear when pierced with a knife
- Serve hot
