Got one of those recipe cards in the mail, tried the recipe and liked it. Easy and quick

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 env ( 1 0z. ) ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 egg whites fork beaten
  • 8 skinless and boneless chicken breasts ( 5 oz each )

Directions
  1. Combine cereal, cheese and dressing mix.
  2. Dip chicken in beaten whites then in cereal mixture to coat evenly
  3. Arrange on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray
  4. Bake in a 350F oven until golden and juices run clear when pierced with a knife
  5. Serve hot
