Amaretto Butter Frosting Recipe

	Peetabear / All my dishes 1 year, 2 months ago this goes very nice on the amaretto cupcake recipe... it would go nice on a number of other cakes also.. the recipe makes enough frosting for 24 cupcakes...depending on how thick you put it on.!! and how much you sample...LOL Prep:15m Servings:0	Peetabear

Ingredients

3 cups confectioners' sugar

1/4 cup butter or margarine; melted

3 to 4 tablespoons whipping cream

2 to 3 tablespoons Amaretto

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, beat confectioners' sugar and butter. Add whipping cream and Amaretto; beat until smooth. Add remaining cream and Amaretto if needed to achieve spreading consistency.

Yield: frosts 24 regular cupcakes
