Ingredients
  • 2 lb spinach
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 2 cup milk
  • 3 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs vinegar

Directions
  1. Wash spinach drain and cook in 2 cup salted boiling water.
  2. Chop spinach fine.
  3. In separate pan worm oil and put chopped garlic let garlic turn light
  4. brown,stir in the flour,remove from fire.
  5. Add spinach and milk,slowly stir until well blended.
  6. Add sugar, and cook over low flame about 30 minutes.
  7. If mixture is too tick,add a little milk.and the vinegar.mix well.
  8. It can be serve hot or clod.
