How to make it

  • Wash spinach drain and cook in 2 cup salted boiling water.
  • Chop spinach fine.
  • In separate pan worm oil and put chopped garlic let garlic turn light
  • brown,stir in the flour,remove from fire.
  • Add spinach and milk,slowly stir until well blended.
  • Add sugar, and cook over low flame about 30 minutes.
  • If mixture is too tick,add a little milk.and the vinegar.mix well.
  • It can be serve hot or clod.
