Creammy Spinach Hungarian Style

- 2 lb spinach shopping list
- 2 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup oil shopping list
- 3 tbs flour shopping list
- 2 cup milk shopping list
- 3 clove garlic chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 3 tbs sugar shopping list
- 2 tbs vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Wash spinach drain and cook in 2 cup salted boiling water.
- Chop spinach fine.
- In separate pan worm oil and put chopped garlic let garlic turn light
- brown,stir in the flour,remove from fire.
- Add spinach and milk,slowly stir until well blended.
- Add sugar, and cook over low flame about 30 minutes.
- If mixture is too tick,add a little milk.and the vinegar.mix well.
- It can be serve hot or clod.
