Cheddar Cheese Pie Crust

this is a recipe that I found when looking for another recipe... this sounds good and would be nice with an apple pie or maybe a quiche .. I haven't tried it...
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sifted flour shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2/3 Cup shortening shopping list
- 3/4 Cup Shredded sharp cheddar shopping list
- 5 Tablespoons Cold water (or more) shopping list
How to make it
- To make Cheddar Cheese crust, mix flour, salt and shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in cheese. Add water gradually and mix lightly with fork to form dough. Divide pastry in halves and roll out one half to fit 9-inch pie pan.
