Ingredients

1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing for turkey

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef

1 egg, lightly beaten

1/2 cup water

2 cups sliced mushrooms

2 medium green bell peppers, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

4 cups spaghetti sauce

1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Combine stuffing mix, ground beef, egg and water. Shape into 1" balls. Place in crock pot; top with mushrooms, bell pepper, onion and spaghetti sauce. Cover with the lid.

Cook for 6-8 hours on LOW, or 3-4 hours on HIGH

Cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain. Serve meatballs with sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese.

Serve with crusty bread and a mixed green salad.
