Baked Shrimp and Asparagus

- 1 lb. fresh asparagus, cut 2-inch spears shopping list
- 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined shopping list
- 1 can (10- 3/4 oz..) condensed cream of shrimp soup, undiluted shopping list
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted shopping list
- 1 tps. soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup salad croutons, optional shopping list
- Hot cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Spoon into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 425 F. for 20 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Top with croutons if desired; bake 5 minutes longer. Serve over rice.
