this a recipe I found while I was looking for another recipe.... it sounds good so I thought I would post it....

Ingredients
  • Filling:
  • 1/2 C. coconut
  • 1/2 C. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • Cake:
  • 1/4 lb. butter (do not substitute)
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 C. flour (measure, then sift)
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 1/4 t. salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
  2. In a small bowl mix filling ingredients - coconut, chocolate chips, walnuts and sugar. Set aside.
  3. With an electric mixer cream the butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Add sour cream and vanilla and mix well.
  4. In separate bowl sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Beat well.
  5. Pour half of batter into prepared tube pan. Sprinkle half of filling in middle. Add rest of batter and spread evenly. Sprinkle rest of filling on top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool completely in pan on rack. Remove cake from pan to serve.
