How to make it

  • Spread apples in a shallow casserole and bake at 250 for 20 minutes.
  • Place in large bowl; mix in popcorn and pecan halves.
  • Whisk remaining ingredients together; drizzle over popcorn mixture, tossing to coat.
  • Spread into a jelly roll pan; bake at 250 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  • Cool and store in an airtight container.
  • Makes about 4 quarts.

    We go on hayrides a lot during the fall season. We usually have to wait in long lines at the haunted ones. What a great snack to share while waiting to get the pants scared off of us! LOL...Thanks so much for this one! ^^5!!
