Hayride Popcorn

- 2 cups dried apples, chopped shopping list
- 3 quarts popped popcorn shopping list
- 2 cups pecan halves shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Spread apples in a shallow casserole and bake at 250 for 20 minutes.
- Place in large bowl; mix in popcorn and pecan halves.
- Whisk remaining ingredients together; drizzle over popcorn mixture, tossing to coat.
- Spread into a jelly roll pan; bake at 250 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
- Makes about 4 quarts.

We go on hayrides a lot during the fall season. We usually have to wait in long lines at the haunted ones. What a great snack to share while waiting to get the pants scared off of us! LOL...Thanks so much for this one! ^^5!!
