How to make it

  • Heat oil in a large non stick frying pan and add garlic, chilli, chestnuts and parsley and cook until golden and fragrant.
  • Add cooked, drained fettuccini and toss to coat in chestnut mixture and heat through.
  • Serve topped with parmesan.
