Across The Big Pond Chilli Chestnut Fettucini

- 3 tblspns virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 tspn crushed garlic shopping list
- 2 long red chillies, deseeded and finely diced shopping list
- 1/3 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped shopping list
- 2 cups chestnuts, finely chopped shopping list
- cooked fettuccini shopping list
- ground black pepper shopping list
- shaved parmesan, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a large non stick frying pan and add garlic, chilli, chestnuts and parsley and cook until golden and fragrant.
- Add cooked, drained fettuccini and toss to coat in chestnut mixture and heat through.
- Serve topped with parmesan.
