Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 1 package (10 oz. about 40) regular marshmallows
  • - or -
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 6 cups Cocoa Rice Krispies
  • - or -
  • 6 cups Ready-To-Eat Cereal Rice Krispies
  • Candy corn, jelly beans, black string licorice

Directions
  1. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add KELLOGG'S COCOA KRISPIES cereal.
  5. Stir until well coated.
  6. Measure 1/2 cup warm mixture and form into a cat shape with hands coated with cooking spray.
  7. Create eyes, nose, mouth, ears and whiskers with candy.
  8. Best if served the same day.
  9. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
  10. In a microwave safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
  11. Stir until smooth.
  12. Follow steps 2 and 3 above.
  13. Microwave cooking times may vary.
  14. Note
  15. For best results, use fresh marshmallows.
  16. 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme can be substituted for marshmallows.
