Ingredients

3 eggs

50 grs white chocoltate melted with

50 grs butter and

3 tbsp milk

1 cup sugar

1 cup self-raising flour

1/2 cup coconut

Directions

Whisk all the ingredients together until well blended.

Pour into a ring microwave mould, abour 8 inches diametre.

Microwave on full for 5 minutes
