- this recipe doesnt really matter for the exact amount of ingredient shopping list
- just use what u like and as much as u like shopping list
- 1 garlic clove (or less, as u like) shopping list
- mushrooms shopping list
- onions shopping list
- tomato shopping list
- eggs shopping list
- cheese shopping list
- tomato paste shopping list
- or sauce shopping list
- *optional* shopping list
- capsicum shopping list
- bacon shopping list
- shallots shopping list
How to make it
- slice up ur vegies,
- (u can add more or less depending on what u like)
- just make sure u have enough to cover the base of ur frying pan
- in a frying pan
- brown the onions then add the garlic and cook for 30secs then add the vegies
- cook on medium heat for about 5 mins then add about 1tbsp of tomato paste or tomato sauce and cook for a further 5-7 mins
- then spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan
- (optional, u can also add a can of diced tomato if u like it moist)
- then crack ur eggs on the mix, MAKE SURE THEY DONT BREAK
- add enough eggs to cover all the mix
- then cover and cook on low heat untill the egss r how u like them
- i prefer mine soft as the egg mixes with vegies
- then top with cheese and serve with toast
- scrumptious!!!!!:)))))
