- Lanas CHEDDAR SPREAD
- 1 Cup (4 Oz.) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 -(8 Oz.) Cream Cheese (slightly softened)
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 Tbls mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. very finely chopped green bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. very finely chopped pimento
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Cup Chopped, Toasted Pecans, Divided into two
- portions (1/2 cup is optional. )

- In small bowl stir cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mustard and
- mayo, ppepper, pimento and garlic..half of the pecans until well
- blended.
- Shape cheese mixture into a ball; coat with remaining pecans(optional) .
- Cover; chill 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Optional : Dash hot sauce
- Serve with crackers and veggie dippers
