Bananas Foster Rum Cheesecake Dessert

For those who love bananas foster and cheesecake! Throw in some dark rum, and it's a party!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 6 tbs sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter melted shopping list
- cheesecake Filling shopping list
- 3 lbs cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar firmly packed shopping list
- 3 tbs cornstarch shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups bananas pureed shopping list
- 6 tbs dark rum shopping list
- 4 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 325o
- Mix cracker crumbs sugar and butter until well mixed
- Press evenly into a pammed 15x10" baking pan
- In a lge bowl combine cream cheese brown sugar cornstarch until smooth
- Add eggs and egg yolks one at a time beating well after each addition
- Beat in all the remaining ingredients
- Pour into crust lined pan[pan will be very full]
- Bake for 55-60 min or until centre is firm to the touch
- Cool completely before serving.
- Store in the refrigerator.
