Ingredients
  • 1 cup steamed rice or left over rice
  • 1 small onion slice thinly
  • 1 small garlic slice thinly
  • 4 pcs of ham slice thinly cube
  • 2 eggs (beaten) add a little salt in egg to taste
  • and salt to taste

Directions
  1. Pour little veg oil in a frying pan
  2. saute garlic and onion
  3. add in ham cook for 5 mins
  4. add in egg stir and till egg is cook
  5. add rice, stir, sprinkle salt to taste
  6. then serve
