Cornhusker Pumpkin Bread

- 3 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 3 cups sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2/3 cup water shopping list
- 1 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 cups pumpkin shopping list
How to make it
- Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Make a well in center. Add eggs, water, oil and pumpkin. Mix with electric mixer.
- Put into two or more greased loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Test with toothpick for doneness.
- Wonderful served hot with cinnamon butter.
