Ingredients

2 large apples, diced

1 egg, well beaten

1 c. sugar

Mix well. Sift together:

1 cup plain flour

1 tsp. soda

1 tsp. cinnamon

Add:

1/4 c. salad oil

1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

Mix all together thoroughly and bake for 40 minutes at 350.

Just enough to fill a pie pan.

Serve warm with ice cream on top.
