- cheese (we used special cheese - suluguni, but you can use mozzarella and add salt) - 150-200 grm.
- one egg
- and one egg for cover the cake
- salt and pepper

one egg shopping list
and one egg for cover the cake shopping list
salt and pepper shopping list

How to make it

to grate the cheese (or chopped)
add one egg to cheese
add salt and pepper
mix
to roll pastry
put the cheese staff on the one side of pastry and cover other part of pastry.
to spread pastry with egg.
put in the oven for 20-30 min (180 C)

Oh my... when I lived in Russia there was a Georgian restaurant my friends and I would go to several times a week after school. We would always get a bunch of these and share them. Yes, multiple times a week, eating our big plates of baked/fried cheese. We got a little fat as you can imagine. It was totally worth it!

it's depend from cheese, for best way, you can mix mozzarella and cottage cheese it'll be good and not like melted cheese (but tray to add salt and pepper - it's good:)

Oh wow does that LOOK (and sound) delicious! How could anyone not like melted cheese wrapped in puff pastry...I can't wait to try this one. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
