How to make it

  • Begin boiling the pasta in a large pot as per directions on the pasta box
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • For the sauce: Combine the marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, the ricotta cheese, and 1/2 cup of the cheese blend in a large bowl
  • For the topping: Combine 3 cups of the shredded cheese blend, the italian breadcrumbs, the chopped garlic, and the vegetable oil in a medium bowl.
  • While the pasta is still boiling, spray a 9 x 12 inch backing dish with baking spray and then coat the bottom of the dish with 1/4 cup of the sauce.
  • When pasta has finished boiling, drain and pour into the large mixing bowl with the remaining sauce
  • Stir until pasta is coated, and then pour into the baking dish.
  • Evenly distribute 1/2 cup of the cheese blend over the top of the pasta
  • Sprinkle the topping evenly over the pasta
  • Bake until top is lightly browned and cheese is bubbling, approx. 25-35 minutes.
