Healthy Fried Cabbage

- 1 chopped onion shopping list
- 3 T olive oil shopping list
- 4 c shredded or chopped cabbage shopping list
- salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg, dash of vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion in oil for 3 minutes
- Add cabbage and saute 5 more minutes while stirring frequently
- Add seasonings
- Cover and allow to steam for 5 minutes before serving
