Ingredients
  • 4 half corn ears from the freezer or 2 whole corn ears cleaned and shucked and cut in half
  • Canola Oil

Directions
  1. 1. Fry the corn on the cob for about 5-8 minutes in a small pan with canola oil (or whatever oil you prefer). To know if the corn is getting done, Look for color change, usually browns a bit.
  2. 2. Place on the grill while grilling your favorite meat. Be sure to rotate the corn about every 3 or 4 min. We usually leave on the grill about 10 min. If the grill is a fire grill just turn every 2 min. and take up in about 6 min.

This sounds really good...

This is easy enough, especially if there are some chicken wings cooking.
Will have to try this.

We do this all the time, after soaking the corn in ice water for several hours. I assume you'd get the same result out of the freezer like that, great post! ~Laura ;D
