Fresh Shrimp Stir-fry With Veggies Over Steamy Rice Recipe

This is so easy and quick. If you have shrimp peeled before hand, just 15 minutes and you can serve your family a delicious hot meal. One of my favorite dishes to cook.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound fresh peeled raw shrimp
  • 1 package frozen mixed veggies (with asparagus) thawed
  • 2 drops hot sauce
  • sesame seed oil
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 can baby corn
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups basmati or jasmati rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Directions
  1. Set rice to cook in chicken broth
  2. in a hot skillet 2 turns around with oil
  3. add garlic and onion
  4. cook quickly add veggies and cook to desired doneness
  5. while adding shrimp and cook while stirring until just pink
  6. veggies and shrimp 3 minutes only
  7. add sauces, chestnuts, corn
  8. -----------
  9. serve over hot rice
  10. soy sauce fried noodles on the table
