How to make it

  • Shred the chicken in the food processor
  • Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through.
  • Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing.
  • Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer to a baking dish
  • Soak op the gease with a paper towel.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook in oven for 10-15 Min at 375 or until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve with celery sticks and crackers.

    Tried a scaled down version of this when I made the original recipe from Frank's Red Hot (http://www.franksredhot.com/recipe/rds/franks/?id=9543&cname=Dips) because my husband doesn't like blue cheese. It was horrible and we ended up throwing it away. The ingredients separated, and when it sat for less than 5 minutes, there was a 1/4 inch layer of grease at the top. I would recommend the original recipe, with the alternative of baking for better chance of success.
