Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packs of popcorn chicken (or Rhino if you have some laying around)

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

2 cup Bleu Cheese dressing

3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as Franks® Red Hot®

1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces

1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers or Garlic Herb is good too.

Directions

Shred the chicken in the food processor

Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through.

Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing.

Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer to a baking dish

Soak op the gease with a paper towel.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook in oven for 10-15 Min at 375 or until hot and bubbly.

Serve with celery sticks and crackers.

Tried a scaled down version of this when I made the original recipe from Frank's Red Hot (http://www.franksredhot.com/recipe/rds/franks/?id=9543&cname=Dips) because my husband doesn't like blue cheese. It was horrible and we ended up throwing it away. The ingredients separated, and when it sat for less than 5 minutes, there was a 1/4 inch layer of grease at the top. I would recommend the original recipe, with the alternative of baking for better chance of success.
