  • Avocado heads this one up
  • tomatoes
  • cucumbers
  • low fat cheese preferably mozarella
  • onions sliced
  • black pepper
  • fresh basil
  • red leaf lettuce
  • And some Greek Yogurt spread on top of whole wheat bread...

Directions
  1. slice avocado and cucumber
  2. slice tomato
  3. slice cheese
  4. slice cucumbers
  5. slice onion preferably purple
  6. chop up fresh basil
  7. red leaf lettuce
  8. spread Greek yogurt on whole wheat bread
