How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients and keep in sealed container.
  • ~
  • To make one serving: In a small bowl combine about 1/4 c of cereal into 1/4 - 1/3 c boiling hot water* (or hot milk or milk substitute) and mix well. Let sit 2 minutes or longer.
  • ~
  • *If making this raw, use warm water, and let sit 5 minutes or longer.

    Yes, they're the same seeds as the cha-cha-cha-chia pet! Though you buy these from the health food store, rather than the toy store :-)
