Baked Pork Chop Supreme Recipe

A simple but delicious pork chop meal, served up best with a baked potato

Ingredients
- 6-8 med. pork chops
- 1 lg container sour cream
- 1 package mushrooms
- 1 package bacon
- green onions
- seasoning salt to taste
Directions
- Bake chops for 30 min at 375 degrees in a deep baking pan with about a half cup of water.
- In a skillet on top of the stove, fry bacon.
- Add chopped mushrooms and onions.
- Stir together.
- Add sour cream and remove from heat.
- When chops are done pour mixture over chops and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Serve with baked potato
