Bears Mountain Apple Pancakes

These are really great with warm syurp
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 eggs, room temperature shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups buttermilk, room temperature shopping list
- 3 T. butter, melted and cooled shopping list
- 2 medium Granny Smith appples, diced shopping list
- 1 - 2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together the first 5 ingredients. Combine eggs, buttermilk and butter. Fold into dry ingredients. Do not over mix. Coat the apples with cinnamon and fold into batter.
- Cook on hot griddle and serve with warm maple syrup.
