Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put eggs in a bowl and beat well. Then mix all ingredients except egg roll wrapper.
  • Fry a small part of the mixture to determine if it's already ok to your taste.
  • Add more salt to the mixture if necessary.
  • Fill egg roll wrapper with two heaping spoons of the mixture.
  • Heat pan with vegetable oil for 5mins then put 4pcs of lumpia at a time. Cook for a couple of minutes until it's crispy brown.
  • Serve with rice! (^_^)
