Ingredients

2lbs ground beef

12pcs shrimp (finely chopped)

1 potato (finely chopped)

2 small carrots (finely chopped)

2 green onions (chopped)

1/3 onion (finely chopped)

3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)

1/2 cup cabbage (finely chopped)

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

4 tbsp soy sauce

small amount of vinegar

egg roll wrapper

Directions

Put eggs in a bowl and beat well. Then mix all ingredients except egg roll wrapper.

Fry a small part of the mixture to determine if it's already ok to your taste.

Add more salt to the mixture if necessary.

Fill egg roll wrapper with two heaping spoons of the mixture.

Heat pan with vegetable oil for 5mins then put 4pcs of lumpia at a time. Cook for a couple of minutes until it's crispy brown.

Serve with rice! (^_^)
