Baked Pork Chops In Mushroom Burgundy Recipe
This is an amazing recipe for boneless pork chops that is easy enough for the beginner cook! It is flavorful and best served over plain white rice!

Ingredients
  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1T Butter
  • 1 Onion; Diced
  • 1C Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 Cups Burgundy Wine
  • 1 1/2T Flour

Directions
  1. Saute Chops in Butter Until Browned
  2. Remove to a Buttered 13x9 Baking Dish
  3. Saute Onion and Mushrooms - Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper
  4. When Tender, Sprinkle with Flour
  5. Blend in Wine Until Thickened
  6. Pour over Chops and Cover Tightly With Aluminum Foil
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
  8. Serve over white rice with a salad!
  9. Yummy - Enjoy!
