Lima Beans With Bacon Recipe

A simple sweet zesty lima bean.

Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) bag of frozen lima beans
- 5 slices of bacon
- 1/3/cup diced red onions
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Boil the lima beans according to package( about 10-12 minutes)
- While beans are cooking fry bacon in a medium frying pan on medium heat until crisp and drain.
- Add the red onion and cook additional 5 minutes.
- Add lima beans, salt, and stir.
- Add a coule Tablespoons water for saucier texture.
- Serve
