Love salad and love crab louie salads, Came up with this one and it was super

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 1 chopped hard boiled egg
  • 1 tbsp pimento filled olives chopped
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions
  1. Note: all items that need to be chopped, should be finely chopped
  2. Blend all ingredients in bowl and mix well
  3. Refrigerate and serve with salad,
  4. Especially great over seafood salads
  5. make 1 cup
