Baked Whole Balogna

- 1 whole balogna shopping list
- yellow mustard shopping list
- brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Score skin of balogna as you would do for ham ( diamond shapes ).
- Slather thickly all over with yellow mustard
- Coat with lots of brown sugar, pressing so sugar adheres.
- Bake 325 for 3 hours in a foil lined pan
- Emeril says to serve with bread and more mustard.

that bolognia IS good in a oven
but in a smoker, it is FANTASTIC.
i give you 5 points, go buy a brinkmam dome smoker. there about 45 -50 bucks.
