Grilled Garlicky Chicken Breasts Recipe

This is so quick and easy that it's almost funny. Sometimes I don't feel like doing anything that I have to put allot of thought into. This is one of those dishes thats good and can almost cook its self. Way easier than a 30 minute meal :>)

Ingredients
- 1 envelope Roasted Garlic or Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
Directions
- Mix salad dressing mix and cheese.
- Moisten chicken in water; dip in dressing mixture.
- Grill over medium-hot coals 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Helewes, we tried these last week - and LOVED THEM. You're right - it's so easy it's almost laughable, but the flavor is excellent. I used some fresh grated parmesan and pressed it into the meat as much as i could (I was afraid it would fall off during grillling). I also thought the cheese might burn, but it didn't - some of it just "charred" ever so nicely, and the fresh parmesan with the dry garlic and herb dressing mix was just so good - couldn't have been easier. Next time, I'm making extra because I think the flavor would work GREAT in an Italian style sandwich wrap, or even on spaghetti - also would be very tasty on an Italian salad. Really excellent, quick recipe, and I thank you very much!
