Sesame Fried Chicken

This is easy and a treat for an evening snack
Ingredients
- 500 gm boneless chicken shopping list
- FOR MARINATION: shopping list
- -2-3 tbsp chilly sauce shopping list
- -1/2tsp red chilly powder shopping list
- -6cloves of garlic ground to paste shopping list
- -1/2tsp crushed black pepper shopping list
- -1/2tsp salt shopping list
- COATING 1 shopping list
- -3eggs shopping list
- -3tbsp cornflour shopping list
- -a pinch of crushed black pepper shopping list
- -pinch of salt shopping list
- COATING 2 shopping list
- -1/2cup flour shopping list
- -1/2 cup sesame shopping list
- -1/2cup cornflour shopping list
- -1/2tsp red chilly powder shopping list
- -1/2 tsp crushed black pepper shopping list
- -pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and clean chicken.Cut into bite size peices
- Marinate the chicken with the ingredients mentioned in "MARINATE" section for about an hour
- Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients under "COATING 1"
- Take another dish and mix all ingredients under "COATING 2"
- Now dip the chicken pieces one by one first in COATING 1 and then in COATING 2.Repeat the process once more to ensure a firm coating.
- Deep Fry in oil till it turns golden brown
- Serve Hot with ketchup
