Ingredients
  • 2 lbs lean pork
  • 1 lb pork fat yum yum
  • 1 1/4 lb pork liver
  • 1 med onion diced
  • 2 tbl salt
  • 2 tea cloves
  • 1 tea blkj pepper
  • 1/2 tea allspice
  • 1/2 tea nutmeg
  • cut into cubes- freeze for 2 hours
  • saute onions in a little pork fat-sprinkle with spices- add to pork- process--till you have a smooth puree.

Directions
  1. pack puree into earthinware baking dish or 2 9x5 - loaf pans- cover tite with tin foil
  2. put in a dish with 2 inchs of water---boiling--
  3. and bake at 300 degrees untill meat is cooked not browned--
  4. therometer 160 - 165 degrees about 2 hours
  5. remove the dish from the water and let the dish cool
  6. refrigerate for 1--2 days before using
