Macaroni And Cheese with special ingredient

- 8 ozs. elbow macaroni, cooked shopping list
- 2 cups cream-style cottage cheese shopping list
- 2 cups Extra sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 12 ozs. sour cream shopping list
- 3/4 cup softened but not melted vanilla ice cream (or 1/2 c. milk) shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- a couple of grinds of pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- bread Crumbs shopping list
- butter Pats (1/4 to 1/2 cup) shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare pasta as directed, drain
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray 9 x 13 inch cake dish or 11 x 14 for more topping
- Combine cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, parmesan, cheese, sour cream, ice cream and salt and pepper
- Fold in macaroni
- Spoon into baking dish
- Sprinkle bread crumbs all over top
- Place Butter pats around on top - we like it crusty so I use almost a 1/2 cup of butter
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
