How to make it

  • In a bowl, mix together the rice flour, paprika, cayenne and sesame seeds
  • Whisk in the cold soda water until a pancake batter consistency is achieved
  • Dip the chicken fingers individually in the batter
  • Deep fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes
  • Drain on absorbent paper
  • Season with salt and serve while still warm
