Chicken Fingers Gluten Free

- 2 cups rice flour shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika shopping list
- 1/4 tablespoon cayenne shopping list
- 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds shopping list
- 1 quart cold soda water shopping list
- 4 single chicken breasts, cut into strips shopping list
- vegetable oil for deep frying shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, mix together the rice flour, paprika, cayenne and sesame seeds
- Whisk in the cold soda water until a pancake batter consistency is achieved
- Dip the chicken fingers individually in the batter
- Deep fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes
- Drain on absorbent paper
- Season with salt and serve while still warm
