How to make it

  • Spread cream cheese on 1/2 of the mini rice cakes. Top with a second rice cake.
  • Roll the sides (where the cream cheese is exposed, around the edges) in the minced chives. This step is optional, but makes the little sandwiches look kind of pretty. :-) You can also experiment with other flavours. (rolled in french fried onions, parsley, etc.)
