Spicy Asian Slaw Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 (16 oz package ready to eat coleslaw)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted

Directions
  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
  2. Add green onion and coleslaw; toss gently to coat.
  3. Sprinkle parsley and sesame seeds over slaw mixture.
  4. Serve immediately.

That looks like a recipe I had and lost. If you ever find Early Jersey Wakefield cabbages (they're conical, so easy to spot), they make a remarkable slaw.
