Ingredients

1-9inch grahm cracker crust

3-eggs

2-8oz cream cheese softened

2/3 cup sugar

1 tspn vanilla

1/4 cup key lime juice

16oz sour cream

preheat oven to 350

Directions

In mixer beat eggs,add cream cheese,sugar,sour cream,vanilla,keylime juice,mix til smooth

bake at 350 for 60 -70minutes

i use water bath to cook all my cheese cakes,but you dont have to if you watch it closely)

let cool refrigerate for 2 hours serve with whip topping
