Cilantro Dip

- 1 large bunch of cilantro (150-200g) shopping list
- 3 green onions, cut into pieces shopping list
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (or slightly more) shopping list
- 1 tbsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice (or slightly more) shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or slightly more) shopping list
- 2 T water shopping list
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce, or to taste (I use Green Tabasco sauce) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Remove tough stems from cilantro. Rinse cilantro and drain. Pulse together cilantro and green onions in a food processor until well chopped. Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Taste for seasoning, and add more seasonings as desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 days. :)
