How to make it

  • Heat a pan to medium high heat and add just a little cooking oil
  • cook the shrimp until they are about 75% cooked
  • add the fresh, chopped green/red peppers and begin to stir fry with the shrimp
  • next, turn your heat down to medium and add 1 cup of CurrySimple red curry sauce
  • add the peanut butter when the sauce is warm
  • mix all the ingredients together for just about a minute
  • serve over plenty of jasmine or healthy brown rice

    Wow! Thanks so much! I have a new camera that takes even better photos than above. Taking pictures is so much fun. Although, it seems I am always in such a hurry to eat that sometimes it is hard to take them. Enjoy!
