How to make it

  • Whisk together the butter, sugar and lemon zest.
  • Add the eggs and the yolk plus the codffee.
  • Sieve the flour and baking powder together ans add to the mixture.
  • Pour into a prepared tin (24cm) and bake at 180ÂșC for 45-60 minutes.
  • In the meantime, break the chocolate in small pieces and add the cream.
  • Cook mixing coninuously untill the chocolate has melted and you have a glossy mixture - DO NOT LET IT BOIL.
  • When the cake is cold, unmould onto a cake dish and pout the chocolate sauce over it.
  • Decorate with raspberries and the chocolate shavings.
  • A swirl of chantilly would go well
