Easy Pumpkin Cupcakes Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix together: pumpkin, eggs, oil, baking soda, and spice.
  • Add the cake mix.
  • Beat for 1 min. on low.
  • Beat an addition 2 min. on high.
  • Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 min. or until toothpick come out clean.
  • Cool
  • Frost with frosting of choice (cream cheese is our favorite)
